Sun Rituals is built around the idea that self-care should feel grounding, beautiful, and effortless. Their products turn small daily moments into rituals of connection — but their email marketing wasn’t capturing that same sense of calm and consistency. Flows were sparse, campaigns came out irregularly, and opportunities to nurture loyal customers were slipping through the cracks.
The Challenge
The team had little experience with Klaviyo, so email felt overwhelming rather than empowering. They didn’t just need “more emails” — they needed a system.
