Skin Collective is one of Perth’s most trusted skin clinics, combining in-clinic expertise with results-driven treatments and products. Their personalised approach in clinic had built deep trust with clients, but online, email wasn’t yet reflecting that same tailored care.
The Challenge
Campaigns lacked strategy and flows were underdeveloped, so clients weren’t receiving the personalised guidance they were used to in clinic. Email was contributing to sales, but not at the level it could.
What we did
- Implemented lifecycle flows that mirrored key in-clinic touchpoints, offering guidance and tailored recommendations online.
- Built separate journeys for in-clinic, online-only, and hybrid customers.
- Introduced a monthly campaign calendar covering education, launches, and seasonal needs.
The Transformation
Over 12 months, email revenue grew 52.5%. Flow revenue increased 188%, campaigns lifted 14%, and email now contributes 43% of total sales.
